This policy applies to homeware reset packs bought from EZ Home, operated by E Z HOMEWARE LIMITED.
Your 30-day return window
You may return an unused pack within 30 days of delivery. To be accepted, items should be unused, complete and in their original packaging where possible.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@zhomie.shop with your order details and the pack you wish to return.
- We will confirm the return address and any reference to include.
- Pack the items securely and send them back using a tracked service.
Return shipping costs
Unless a pack arrived damaged or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a pack arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs.
After we receive your return
Once your returned pack is received and checked, we will process any refund due in line with our refund policy.
