About us
EZ Home is an online retailer of ordinary homeware reset packs for desks, bathroom shelves, kitchen counters, entryways and laundry corners. We sell physical goods only and do not provide cleaning, fitting or any related services.
Products and descriptions
We describe each pack’s contents, sizes and materials as accurately as we can. Product images are for illustration and colours may vary slightly between screens and items.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or an error in price or description is found.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Online payment is being connected — current status: payment provider pending. Until it is live, orders are arranged directly and we will confirm payment details with you before dispatch.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our returns policy and refund policy. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it or attempt to disrupt it. Site content is owned by us or our suppliers and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
We provide ordinary homeware goods and do not make guarantees about results in your home. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
