How we prepare and deliver your reset packs.

This policy explains how E Z HOMEWARE LIMITED, trading as EZ Home, handles dispatch and delivery of homeware reset packs ordered through zhomie.shop.

Dispatch times

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days of being confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery areas and times

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom using tracked courier and postal services. Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. Delivery windows are estimates and can vary during busy periods.

Shipping charges

A flat shipping charge is added at checkout and shown before you confirm an order. Shipping is calculated per order, not per pack.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched we will send tracking details to the email address you provided, so you can follow your pack to delivery.

Problems with delivery

If a pack arrives damaged or an order is delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us so we can help. Keep any packaging until the matter is resolved.
